Marassi North Beach Access Policy: Tenants may access North Beach on weekdays only. Weekends and official holidays are reserved exclusively for property owners and their immediate families. All guests must have a valid rental card to enter Marassi and access North Beach. Please note: beach access is closed for tenants during weekends; however, lagoons and pools are available inside each parcel. Private beach options include SOL Beach in Marassi, Massimo Beach in Alameen, and Esca in Playa. Lagoon access is only available within the guest’s assigned parcel, not in other parcels. Payment & Cancellation Terms: Full payment upon reservation. Full refund up to 3 weeks before arrival. 50% refund up to 2 weeks before arrival. Less than 2 weeks: non-refundable.
