Boutique Stays Hospitality operates the booking and inquiry service at boutiquestayshospitality.com. We connect corporate clients and individual guests with curated short- and long-term accommodation across Egypt, working with vetted operating partners.

What we collect

When you submit a booking inquiry through our site, we ask for: your name, phone number, and optional details — email address, company name, intended use, travel dates, number of guests, and any notes. We also receive standard request information (IP address, browser type) through our infrastructure provider.

How we use it

We use the information you provide to: respond to your inquiry, coordinate with the relevant operating partner on availability and pricing, follow up with confirmation details, and keep internal records of past requests for service continuity.

Who we share it with

When you ask us to book a specific unit, we share the relevant booking details (name, dates, contact phone) with the operating partner who manages that property. They need this to confirm availability and complete the booking. We do not sell or rent your information to anyone for marketing purposes.

Where the data lives

Inquiry records are stored with our database provider (Europe-West region). Transactional emails are sent via our transactional email provider. Photos and assets are served via Cloudflare. We use Google Workspace for our internal mailbox.

How long we keep it

We retain inquiry records for as long as you remain an active or recurring guest, plus an additional period for accounting and dispute-resolution purposes. You can request deletion at any time.

Your rights

You can ask us to: show you what we hold about you, correct anything inaccurate, or delete your records entirely. Reach out via the contact details below and we will respond promptly.

Cookies

We use a small set of functional cookies and standard analytics to understand which pages are most used. We do not use cross-site advertising trackers. You can decline non-essential cookies via your browser settings without losing core site functionality.

Children

Our service is not directed at anyone under 18. Bookings on behalf of guests under 18 should be made by a parent or guardian.

We may update this policy as our service grows. The “Last updated” date at the top of the page reflects the most recent revision.
